Painted with silver pigment, this series of works is derived from one source image, a fashion advertisement ripped from the pages of Vogue magazine. The installation of the works transforms the gallery into a veritable hall of mirrors.

This is a series of paintings derived from photographs of paintings by the Old Masters, exploring the contemporary context in which we experience these masterpieces.

Fashion Series

This series is derived from fashion photographs, inspired by the similarities I see between contemporary fashion photography and historical painted portraits of society's elite -- images intended to fuel a spectacle of desire with feigned promises of intimacy and truth.
