Panel Discussion: Works on Paper as Works in Progress
Saturday, April 25, 2015, Noon
Presented by Canadian Art

"Throughout much of art history, works on paper have been considered preparatory objects rather than final products. This talk, moderated by Caoimhe Morgan-Feir, interim online editor at Canadian Art, will investigate contemporary iterations of paper’s provisional nature. Do today’s unprocessed photographs, erased sketches, and additive images hold clues about the art form’s history and potential?"

Moderator: Caoimhe Morgan-Feir
Speakers: Jérôme Nadeau, Laura Simon, and Amanda Clyne
